Stranded in Portugal

I'm about to start writing this but first I need to ask a question:


Am I allowed to say the ID name of someone who is a returnee? Or is that still against the rules?

Just refer to them by their Stranded name? I don't get why you'd need to not do that but I guess we'll see it in context.

When does this start? Still haven't written a speech
