Who can beat whom at the end? Who needs to go with who? Who is most likely to make it that far??

So there are two talismans, 1 idol (or is there another that's been found yet?), and assuming that 1 of those three doesn't win immunity, there could potentially be only 3 people vulnerable tonight.

Coby is someone that definitely needs to win I think. Idk what else, but if Vytas makes it through tonight without using that idol, he's golden to the Final 5.

Just one talisman (Ibe's) and one idol (Vytas'), although in theory Katie's idol could still be in and no-one would know. They all assume she was truthful and it's out of the game anyway.

So here is what I think is happening. We kinda have a 2-2-3 split right now. Cochran and Vytas will do the same thing as each other, Marissa & Ibe will do the same thing as each other, and the other three are various amounts of straddling the middle.

Initially, Vytas came out of TC swearing blind to anyone that'd listen how it has to be Marissa next for sure, while Marissa came out cursing Cochran but still trying to patch that up and continue with her 'boot Coby cos he's a yuge tret' plan. Sure she is playing the completely-on-the-outs cards but she's still trying to get people to see Coby as a bigger threat than she is. And it's kinda working for her?? Because forget the people in the middle, Cochran and Vytas seem to be coming round to that as a good idea.

They are working to the assumption that they can just get the votes back on Marissa straight after. Buuuuuut they really don't have Semhar with them any more. The hottest thing to come out of that TC and Rachel's boot is the beginning of what could be a real solid twosome between Sem & Marissa. It seems like to Marissa, this feels more legit than anything Cochran & Vytas are feeding her - so if Sem was to insist they boot say, Cochran and not Coby - she might go for it just because having all of Coby / Shawn / Sem on their side would be a much better bet than having to rely on the other two.

As for the others Shawn is finally coming into the game somewhat. He is still "coming up with ideas" 12 hours after everyone else has discussed them to death but at least he is getting more aware of his position and the sides here. He is in for a shock though if the four of Ibe/Marissa/Vytas/Cochran actually do end up teaming together to boot Cobes.

Coby meanwhile is doing what he can to get people to look at Vytas/Cochran/Marissa as the last bloc remaining in the game. no matter which one of those three he could get targeted it would be win for him. Marissa who just voted for him, Vytas and do the idol shuffle, or Cochran, who is just kinda a thorn in Coby's game right now. Cochran would be his choice I think? idk. idk if he can get numbers either. Marissa is hardcore sending a PM of his to everyone who'll listen that outlines a few people as future boots which I think is going a long way to getting people on her side.


I feel like Cochran leaving would be the best for the game right now and next round would be a real clusterfuck but Coby would leave at that point. However, I think what will happen is that Coby will leave tonight, and next round we'll see Sem team up with Ibe & Marissa & maybe Shawn to break up Cochran/Vytas at last.

Y'know... I'm thinking I gotta get there with Cochran even though I'm hearing he's had alliance deals with people I don't know about. Possibly Shawn too, but it's hard to plan your game around as much of a nonentity as Shawn.

I think this quote sort of shows just how well Semhar has been playing this game so far. She knows exactly who she can beat in the game, and has separated it from her thoughts on her true allegiances and alliances. Most people see Cochran as someone that they won't necessarily take to the end (due to the fact that it's a final 2), but she knows that she has a pretty good chance of beating him due to the fact that she is much more straight up and hasn't been telling nearly as many unnecessary lies as he has.

And <3 at her recognizing what a non entity Shawn has become (well, to be fair he's been like that the whole game). Everyone else knows it too, but seeing so many people talk about it in their confessionals is great.
